We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and processed. However, we do offer refunds under specific eligible circumstances, as described below.


30-Day Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances.


Eligible Reasons for a Refund

A refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken — The product was damaged during shipping or arrived in a condition that makes it unusable.
  • Wrong item received — You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • Item never arrived — Your order was marked as delivered but was not received, and a reasonable investigation with the carrier has been completed.
  • Significant product defect — The item has a manufacturing defect that affects its core function or usability.

What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

The following circumstances are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product function
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window

How to Request a Refund

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit, gift cards, or alternative compensation.
  • Brelvon reserves the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a refund.
  • Approved refund amounts will reflect the product price paid. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
